Our process includes the following:

• Email your project blueprints to pbw@pouredbrickwalls.com for initial review.
• We will review all project documentation, prepare pricing, and identify potential cost savings through value engineering.
• We will present the estimate to you via email and if requested review the estimate with you in person or over the phone, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Upon approval to proceed, we will review any updated drawings, specification changes, site plans, and contract documents.
• Then a plan will be created with a project schedule and we will allocate our resources accordingly.
• After the grade of the building footprint is complete and the layout has been staked, we will conduct a detailed site review to identify and report any concerns.
• Moving forward, the foundation will be cast in place.
